Entrepreneurial mind. Engineering precision.
I build businesses and help owners run theirs. Governance architecture, AI integration, and operational infrastructure that makes companies transparent. Not a consultant — a builder. What I leave behind are working systems, not slide decks.

About
I build businesses and help owners run theirs. Over 20 years I've gone from private banking through venture capital to building my own companies — an MFO, infrastructure projects, AI products.
The arc: 12 years in private banking, learning how wealth is managed (and mismanaged). 5 years in venture capital, learning how companies are built (and broken). Then — building my own.
Today I apply that experience in three directions: designing governance, implementing AI in management processes, and making businesses transparent. The common thread is operational infrastructure — the systems that let an owner see the real picture, not the filtered version.
Entrepreneurial mind — because I go through the same things my clients do. Engineering precision — because what I leave behind are working systems.

If any of this resonates — governance gaps, management opacity, or building at the intersection of capital and technology — I'd be glad to hear from you.
